The space

The main floor has generous sized bedrooms. The kitchen was updated, which includes all the necessary kitchen appliances. The second floor has four bedrooms, with one king size bed, two queen beds and one queen bed + a full bathroom with a classic claw foot tub (with shower).

Another highlight of this home is the large enclosed front porch, where you can relax and enjoy the daylight. This accommodation is on a corner lot, offering a sense of space and privacy with a fenced backyard for your family members and pets to run around.

A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies.

Note:

There is only ONE bathroom in the house which is up a flight of stairs near the bedrooms.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. If you need to use it, please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to access the basement.

Please note that there is portable air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. There is no central air conditioning in the apartment.
